Shoreline Real Estate, LLC began operating as a company in 2005, when it purchased 165 Acres in Talladega County Alabama; however, many years earlier, the perceptiveness of Managing Partner, Mike Horton, led him to the realization that there was a tremendous need for a signature development on Logan Martin Lake.
When he came across the largest single undeveloped tract of land on the lake, in the late 1990’s, Horton envisioned that this was the place for that community.
After completing several successful projects together, Horton teamed up with Phillip Kauffman to purchase the timber covered land…..which ultimately led to the birth of LINCOLN HARBOR.
